Lakewood Ranch
Lakewood Ranch is awesome! There's something for everyone and homes in every price range. Within the community of Lakewood Ranch, there are several different Villages. The gated Country Club village has a beautiful clubhouse and a golf course to die for! Outside the Country Club, is another, semi-private golf course, called The Legacy Club and across the street from that is the Lakewood Ranch Athletic Room and swimming pool. There are other communities within the Ranch, like Edgewater, which has homes around a beautiful lake, Greenwood Village for families and many, many more. Now there's a Main Street which is very similar to Sarasota's main street. In fact, it was fashioned after it. If you like to shop, you'll find name brand stores like Chicos, and some home-grown stores like Morton's market. Main street is a terrific place to meet friends for coffee or breakfast and shop till you drop!

Siesta Key
Roller blading, bicycling, volleyball, tropical tunes from a radio on the beach…this is Siesta Key. This island’s casual atmosphere attracts the young at heart who flock to the shores of Siesta to experience what has been recognized as one of the best beaches in the world.

Siesta Key is my favorite place to go when I want to feel like I'm on vacation. Just a short stroll through the Siesta Key Village with it's shops and sidewalk restaurants will relax your mind and renew your spirit. A walk on the white powdery beach at sunset will inspire and amaze you! Fun-loving, casual and free. That's Siesta Key!

Siesta Key was first colonized in 1846. Population of the island had only grown to 300 by 1940 when it was primarily made up of fishing camps. Currently, 12,000 full time residents live on the island with another 12,000 “snowbirds” flocking down during our season.

The homes on Siesta Key are both elegant and casual…charming and sophisticated.

Longboat Key
What an amazing and special place Longboat Key is! As soon as you drive over the Ringling Bridge and through St. Armand Circle, you'll arrive on Longboat Key. You'll immediately feel that you've arrived on a special Island.

The beach draws you here – tourists, retirees and those seeking a piece of paradise. But for many Longboat residents, after they settle in, the beach becomes a secondary amenity to all the other recreational opportunities with a seashell’s throw. You’ll never get bored on Longboat Key. Here you will enjoy golf, tennis, shopping, fine dining, art galleries and cultural activities as well as boating and fishing. And, you are only a few miles away from Sarasota and all it has to offer.

The South end of Longboat Key is manicured with lush tropical landscaping and sleek high rise condominiums peppered along the white sand beaches. On the Bay side there is the gated community of Bay Isles. Within Bay Isles, there are several smaller communities or villages. It is a priveledge to live behind the Bay Isles gates. You are part of something and all Bay Isles residents enjoy the special amenity of a private beach club with cabanas. There is a boat harbor in Bay Isles and some homes are located directly on the bay with fantastic water views.

The north end of Longboat is more casual and relaxed. Most of the condos here are mid-rise. Many folks prefer this end of Longboat Key because it is more of the old Florida they remember and love. Wherever you are on Longboat Key, you will always know that you are in a special place.
